The Customer Success Analyst specializes in performing and enabling remote technical support of IBM software and solutions for the Business Analytics business unit across a broad spectrum of IBM Cognos products. Provide technical assistance to customers using problem determination/problem root cause identification skills. The use of technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with other Support operations/organizations will be required to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution. Communicate action plans to the customer, other internal IBM Cognos Operations personnel or IBM representative, as appropriate. Recommends and/or implements new solutions or improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures and processes. May provide training for and mentor others on the team. Contributes to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction metrics. | |||||||||||
