Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of ​Senior Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities

​The incumbent will assist in carrying out all administrative and logistic work of Paediatrics department which includes:

  • Arranging medicines for all research projects from Pharmacy department and dispatch the same to field sites;
  • Follow up with warehouse for issuance of materials, equipment and furniture;
  • Coordinate with maintenance department for repairs and maintenance work;
  • Visit field centers for monitoring of medicines, leave forms, attendance and supplies.
Requirements

Candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At-least two to three years of related experience;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Resilience and ability to cope up with work pressure;
  • Willingness to travel to field site as per the requirements.
