Communication Officer Clean Sky

Post and Duties
Clean Sky JU offers one position of Communication Officer. The overall purpose of this post is to be responsible for defining and implementing the Clean Sky JU's communication policy, to establish and maintain a network of contacts with stakeholders, the EU decision makers and the media.
In particular, the duties include:
 Defining and implementing the Clean Sky JU communication plan;
 Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts with stakeholders and the media;
 Coordinating Clean Sky JU information sessions, events and publications, including those related to annual calls for proposals;
 Drafting and presenting articles, press releases, newsletters and publications;
 Being responsible for the development and updates of the Clean Sky JU website,
 Establishing networks with member States, high level EU representatives and stakeholders;
 Contributing to the corporate Clean Sky JU identity;
 Together with the Executive Director, represent the Clean Sky JU towards external parties.
The candidates must have:
 Proven working experience of at least six years, including at least 3 years in a communication environment either in journalism, public relations, or marketing;
 Proven excellent drafting skills in English;
 Experience in organizing events and related communications services;
 Experience in specifying website content and website design;
 Strong organisation and management skills (planning, coordination and prioritisation);
 Ability to work under pressure;
 Ability to present ideas in public in a clear and concise format;
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
