Consultant ICT Infrastructure and Skills

The Economic and Public Sector Program (EPSP) is an Australian Government, AusAID initiative, a partnership between the Governments of Australia and Papua New Guinea. The goal of EPSP is to provide an effective and efficient public service that focuses on service delivery for the men, women and children of PNG. The program also aims to create an enabling environment for broad-based economic growth.

EPSP, on behalf of the Department of Personnel Management (DPM) is seeking an ICT Infrastructure and Skills Consultant to assess the current IT infrastructure with the aim of identifying infrastructure and staffing development needs necessary to effectively ensure the sustainable implementation of the integrated HR payroll management information system in the public service.

With a consultative approach, it is essential you possess demonstrated significant experience in ICT hardware and software systems and installations in a large scale organisation, preferably from within the public sector. Significant experience in HR management information systems, payroll software and systems implementation will be highly regarded.

The Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) applies. This position is classified as discipline B, level 3.
