We are currently seeking for Customer Service Officer to join our Singapore team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order processing using ERP systems
  • Maintain updated record of shipments, orders and filing
  • Process complaints in HSEQ
  • Preparation of order acknowledgement, invoicing, rebates, commissions, debit and credit notes
  • Coordination of shipment orders including liaising with overseas plants and personnel to ensure on-time delivery
  • Follow-up of AR and price update into Master list
  • To ensure order processing/entry, order acknowledgement preparation and invoicing with minimum discrepancy
  • To coordinate with overseas plant and personnel on order and delivery issues
  • To ensure complaints being processed (follow-up) and addressed (closed)
  • To stabilize the system to ensure smooth system operation
  • To monitor and ensure payment up-to-date

To be considered in this role, you would have performed similar duties in the previous company. Experience with a global company is necessary.
