Internatioal Partner Manager Esoko Accra, Ghana

This is a operations role managing our partners, international NGO'S across 16 African countries. The role involves managing the day to day operation of the Business and Product Advisory teams. The identified candidate will be responsible for conducting strategy visits and delivering training to our partners to ensure effective deployment of ICT technologies. You will be involved in the preparation and execution of training strategy visits, implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the efficient management of the teams. The role also requires that you manage better accounts, procedures and reporting and upsell to existing accounts and renew existing contracts. You will also be required to mentor and support the team. Must be able to speak French and English as well as have excellent written and communications skills.
