JUNIOR SPM ANALYST

(24 hours a week)

Responsibilities

The new colleague will be responsible for processing, mining and analysing data of social monitoring databases and maintaining data quality. You will support in a variety of studies and share results amongst colleagues and others who need information. The junior SPM Analyst will contribute towards developing Oikocredit’s systems and tools for social performance measurement and monitoring. The SPM team is part of the Social Performance & Financial Analysis department, which is responsible for the capacity building program, social performance management and credit analysis.

Education and experience

Oikocredit is looking for a recently graduated person with a Master in the field of economics, business administration and/or development sciences. We are searching for someone with a strong interest in the field of development and economics specifically microfinance and social entrepreneurship. The new colleague must have strong affinity with quantitative assessment and data management. Strong analytical skills and computer literacy, especially with Excel and statistical programs such as STATA or SPSS, is required. The junior SPM analyst must have a thorough knowledge of English. This position will not require a lot of traveling.
