CASH Assistance Project Manager- JORDAN

Through its Emergency Response Division (ERD), created in 2006 after the merge with Atlas Logistique, the organization is committed to:  Provide an adequate response to major natural disaster and conflict situations, anywhere in the world as much as possible within 72 hours;  Provide assistance to vulnerable groups (refugees, internal displaced people [IDPs], persons with injuries, older persons, children, etc.) affected by a crisis and maximize the number of beneficiaries. Within vulnerable groups, target especially persons with disabilities (PwD) and meet their specific needs;  Constantly monitor chronic crises and/or conflicts to ensure preparedness for and rapid response to eventual emerging needs.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES OF THE EXPATRIATE Based in Irbid under the direct responsibility of Emergency Head of Mission, and with the support of the Head Quarter Technical Advisors, you will be responsible for:  Launching and implementing the cash assistance intervention;  Defining the strategy of intervention within the project and related operational modalities and tools;  Setting up and ensuring the continuous monitoring of the activities under your management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring;  Training and managing the team under your responsibility, including regular meeting and guidance, development of individual action plans when necessary;  In coordination with the logistics and the administrative departments, ensuring the respect of the administrative and logistics procedures within the project under your management;  Managing the project budget and following-up the expenses as well as providing monthly budget forecast;  Regularly reporting on the above activities (statistic, review monthly objectives, etc.) as per requested by the Emergency Head of Mission and the HQ TA;  Ensuring validation by the HQ TA of technical related tools (individual beneficiary pack, training tools, sensitization tools, etc) elaborated by your team before use / diffusion;  Ensuring a smooth coordination with the DVFP project (training of team and transversal technical support, referral system and tools, etc);  Ensuring external coordination and partnership operational management;
