Project: Technical Audit to be performed during implementation of the project Bonaire Sewerage and Sanitation System. The objective of the technical audit is to provide a factual report on the works carried out by the contractor in charge of the several works contract and the consultant in charge of the associated supervision, with regard to the organisational, technical, contractual and financial aspects, during the implementation of the project. The auditor shall provide to the Contracting Authority, the Supervisor and the European Commission with a general review of the works execution based on the latest design and provide any recommendations to remedy errors that could have occurred or which can lead to improvements in implementation and report on the factual results of the project.
Duration: 11 months
Education: University degree in civil/structural engineering.
Experience: - A general experience of at least ten (10) years in waster water treatment engineering; - At least eight (8) years is required in the management, design or supervision of similar works projects, including at least three (3) years in developing countries; - An excellent knowledge of technical audit methods enabling him/her to work in the field of water system supply technology as well as of construction, geo-technology, topography and the site laboratory; - Experience with EDF contract is highly recommended.
