• Project: Technical Audit to be performed during implementation of the project Bonaire Sewerage and Sanitation System.
  The objective of the technical audit is to provide a factual report on the works carried out by the contractor in charge of the several works contract and the consultant in charge of the associated supervision, with regard to the organisational, technical, contractual and financial aspects, during the implementation of the project.
  The auditor shall provide to the Contracting Authority, the Supervisor and the European Commission with a general review of the works execution based on the latest design and provide any recommendations to remedy errors that could have occurred or which can lead to improvements in implementation and report on the factual results of the project.

• Education: N/A
• Experience: - A professional qualification such as ICAN/CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent with specific professional experience of at least ten (10) years in technical/forensic audits;
  - At least eight (8) years is required in audits (forensic or technical) of public infrastructure;
  - An excellent knowledge in assessing contractor's claim, arbitrations, pre-litigation and out of court settlement of international contract matters would be an advantage;
  - Experience with EDF contract is also highly recommended.
