Digital Project Manager - Save the Children UK | United Kingdom

Job purpose

• Manage large digital projects which expand our range of donor and fundraising products

• Participate in other project teams involving delivery in digital channels.

• Briefing with teams from around the organisation with a focus on setting KPIs and evaluation objectives

• Develop design and technical specifications, and project managing to final delivery.

• Advise and guide clients in deciding the best product for their purpose

• Develop detailed plans for delivery of digital projects across a range of channels

• Ensure new projects have defined KPIs and evaluation tools in place

• Manage the delivery of digital projects to budget, brief and deadline

• Monitor and manage budget spending for digital projects

• Evaluate the success of projects to inform an ongoing learning process

Technical

• Develop technical specifications and scope based on project briefs developed with clients (includes deliverables, timeline and budget)

• Develop product designs working with in-house or freelance designers

• Manage technical developments for projects working with in-house and freelance developers

• Manage relationships with other teams and external suppliers as required

• Develop new digital products using latest technology developments

• Develop advanced knowledge of Drupal CMS in order to support production of online content

Administration

• Keep clean and accessible records for project documentation and online account details.

• Support and cover for the other Digital Project Manager as required

• Participate in and support the general activities of the Digital Team

• Participate in the digital rota for on-call working out of office hours
