We are looking for a
Project Manager
to strengthen our Life Cycle Management team within the Operations organization. This is a permanent, full-time position based at Vaisala’s head office in Vantaa.
Responsibilities:

•     Ensure serviceability and manufacturability of new Vaisala products, starting with Autosonde and Ground Equipment offering
•     Coordinate Operations and Service related tasks in new R&D product projects and ramp-down product projects
•     Establish demand supply chain in cooperation with Sourcing, Vaisala manufacturing and service centers
•     Product structure acceptance in PDM and item parameter setups in ERP

Required experience and skills:

•     Degree in Engineering or similar knowledge gained through work experience
•     Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English
•     Understanding of production, subcontracting, R&D and/or Service
•     Experience in software products/licensing is an asset
