- Leads a two person operations team that supports doctrinal development, analytical, technical, training analysis, and SME support to the MCoE (as the AtN Line of Effort (LoE) lead to the DCIED), DCIED, TRADOC, other Army organizations and Joint Department of Defense (DoD) activities as they execute their responsibilities across a broad range of technical survivability, vulnerability, protection, homeland security, homeland defense/civil support, and related disciplines to include the identification and analysis of Army and Joint force capability gaps with emphasis on Network Engagement/AtN.
- Schedule, and coordinate all events related to the TRADOC and MCoE C-IED Campaign Plans in support of the C-IED efforts.
- Analyzes and provide assessments of the Major Objectives, tasks and subtasks in the AtN and other LOEs as needed in the TRADOC Campaign Plan (CP).
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders involved in the TRADOC C-IED Campaign Plan to provide assessments in support of the TRADOC C-IED and MCoE CP. (Stakeholders include but not limited to CAC/CADD, MSCoE, ICoE, FCoE, DCIED, SCoE, TBOC, CDID, etc.)
- Collect and validate the assessments from all the stakeholders in support of the CP.
- Develop the staff briefings, information, decision or white papers for MCoE in support of CoC, GOSC and any other level briefing as it pertains to the TRACDOC C-IED Campaign and implementation of same.
- Analyze, assess and review the TRADOC C-IED Implementation Plan and recommend changes. Support CAC in the development of the Division and higher doctrine for the US Army.
- Writes tasking orders and schedules the coordination of research, analysis, and promulgation of recommendations for the development and revisions of Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Doctrine Reference Publications (ADRP), Field Manuals (FM), and Army Techniques Publications (ATP) to ensure the inclusion of the AtN operational approach into Army and Joint doctrinal publications.
- Assists and coordinates authoring, developing and updating websites, informational articles, vignettes, papers, or other editorials or columns for publication into Army, Joint, and other military publications.

- Former Field Grade/CWO/Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) with operations, organizational management, and scheduling experience
- 8 years’ experience in military operations, management, and scheduling
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
- CGSC/ILE, USASMA or ANCOC/SLC graduate
- TRADOC staff or MCoE staff experience
