Business Process and Sales Administrator

Maplecroft has an exciting opportunity for a diligent and pro-active business process and sales administrator to join the team as it seeks to expand its growing international client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a point of contact for the Sales team to support on all aspects highlighted below:
  • Managing and maintaining accounts records via internal CRM system – including technical responsibility for reporting, plus the development of standalone modules
  • Technical support on the CRM system and in house systems
  • Technical lead for all excel functionality for business development function
  • Oversight of direct mailings – including list management and statistical performance analysis of key campaigns
Support functions will include:
  • Scheduling, coordination and communication of Maplecroft’s webinar series
  • Scheduling of overseas trips for business development team
  • Material sourcing (preparation and binding)
Key requirements:
  • Highly computer literate
  • An advanced level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel version 2010 +
  • Demonstrable skills in picking up new technologies and software applications quickly
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to easily explain complex issues to others
  • High level of written and verbal communication – with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Previous evidence of sales administration experience and good IT skills
  • A keen interest in business and achieving results
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Educated to degree level
