Senior Business Administrator

Maplecroft is looking for a full-time experienced Business Administrator to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will foremost be required to be an experienced team player and undertake a variety of duties. Experience is essential and we are looking for a candidate who is conscientious, has meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Discretion and the utmost integrity must be demonstrated in the performance of responsibilities. Duties include the following, although this list is not exhaustive.
  • Reception duties and event assistance including hospitality for clients and visitors
  • Answering of incoming telephone calls from clients, press etc.
  • Assist with Recruitment and HR Administration
  • Set up, dial in and manage Webinars
  • Booking travel arrangements for the team for overseas business trips including setting up client meetings, accommodation and flights
  • Preparation and execution of business documents ready for client meetings and overseas trips
  • Diary management, appointments and telephone calls for CEO and team of Directors
  • Assist with Health & Safety record-keeping and checks
  • Provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service
  • Be able to demonstrate a degree of flexibility in work/work skills as required
You must be proficient in Word, Excel and have advanced IT skills and a professional, courteous, confidential and sensitive manner. Experience in the administrative field is essential and HR/Health & Safety experience an advantage.
A good degree and relevant qualifications, or equivalent work experience is an important selection criteria. You will be a key member of the administration team and must be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
