Director, European Corporate Partnerships

IHP is a not-for-profit relief and development organisation with a mission to increase access to medicine and improve health in the developing world. It works with many of Europe’s most substantial healthcare companies to provide medical aid to underserved communities, and to deliver training to health professionals to help strengthen and build capacity in health systems. Although IHP’s Christian values are central to its mission and ethos, its activities are undertaken regardless of the creed, gender, or ethnicity of the recipient.
The reach and influence of IHP are growing quickly. Reporting directly to the President, the Director, European Corporate Partnerships will play a critical role in developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. He or she will build and lead a pan-European team sourcing products, skills and expertise to meet the needs of programmes and those of its NGO and government partners.
IHP would welcome applications for this post from people with strong experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of the European market for pharmaceuticals, combined with a proven track record in senior sales and business development roles. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable in a small but growing team, and possess excellent communication, sales and management skills. It will be important that candidates have a strong empathy with the Christian values and aims of the organisation. The role will require regular travel within Europe and fluency in a European language besides English would be an advantage.
