The Communications Fellow is responsible for bridging the gap between our primarily US-based supporters and the clients who benefit from our services around the world. The Field Communications Fellow serves in three primary capacities: storytelling, brand and organizational culture ambassador and monitoring & evaluation monitor. Field Communications Fellows can potentially be placed in any of HOPE’s 16 countries where network microfinance institutions and savings & credit associations operate. Initial countries of focus include: Burundi, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Ukraine, Zimbabwe, India and China. The Field Communications Fellow works closely with in-country program staff, while reporting to the US-based program manager.
