Director of Information Technology

The Director of Information Technology will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing HOPE International’s IT vision and strategy. In this role, (s)he will support HOPE stakeholders in order to improve cost effectiveness and service quality within the operations and functional areas of the enterprise. The Director is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems to provide communications to stakeholders, monitor progress and manage risk.

Regional Representative

The Regional Representative is responsible to serve as a regional extension and ambassador of HOPE International in his/her region. S/he will be responsible to increase, strengthen, and diversify HOPE’s funding sources there and will be expected to meet annual fundraising goals. This is an entrepreneurial position. To succeed, the candidate must be an internally-compelled self-starter who is willing and able to take initiative in establishing a long-term, vibrant and engaged constituency of HOPE supporters in his/her local region.

Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading HOPE’s financial planning and analysis function by spearheading key activities including the annual budgeting process and the quarterly reforecast process. Senior Information Technology Advisor

The Senior IT Advisor will provide leadership for developing and implementing components of HOPE International’s IT vision and strategy. In this role, (s)he will support and equip HOPE’s program worldwide through project management, platform support and management, and infrastructure design and management. Ultimately, these improvements to our technology infrastructure will strengthen HOPE’s ministry through improved communication, cost effectiveness, service quality, and risk management practices. Haiti Country Director

Location: , Haiti

To develop and manage the HOPE Haiti Savings and Credit Association program in Haiti to promote and fulfill the mission and vision of HOPE International. This principally includes emphasizing spiritual integration and Christian witness, developing and managing partnerships with a variety of local church denominations and NGOs in Haiti, managing staff and operations of the program, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and hosting strategic HOPE donors/partners and promoting HOPE programs to gain their support. Operations Manager

Location: Brazzaville, Republic of Congo

The Operations Manager is responsible for all of the loan and client management activities of HOPE Congo and reports directly to the Managing Director. The Operations Manager is responsible to manage all operations staff, including Loan Supervisors and Loan Officers, in order to ensure that the appropriate systems and controls are in place to monitor and report on loan portfolio performance and support the achievement of HOPE Congo’s mission. He/she shall also prepare goals and objectives that identify and address key issues relating to portfolio growth, such as exploring new marketing avenues identifying new clients, setting up new groups in preparation for the disbursal of new loans.
