Junior Short Term Expert in the ISO 9001 and the ISO 27000 Family Standards

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Junior Short Term Expert in the ISO 9001 and the ISO 27000 Family Standards (STE) will be tasked to do the following:
  •  Activity 1 (2.5 working days) – Document management and business processes mapping
The STE shall:
» present document management methodology according to the ISO 9001 international standard and explain the structure and contents of the documents required, according to different types of documents, including elaboration of processes through flowchart methodology
» explain the concept of business processes and process mapping
» present the process in accordance with IDF0 methodology.
  •  Activity 2 (2.5 working days)
The STE shall:
» map and show, via IDF0 methodology, identified processes in the relevant LEAs, with appropriate reference to resources and controls
» recommend necessary procedures to describe the processes and to create some of them together with the workshop participants. Qualification and Experience
  •  University degree in the IT field
  •  Minimum 10 years of general professional experience and 5 years of the specific professional experience in the area of implementation of managerial ISO standards (family 9000, 14000, 18000, 20000 or 27000)
  •  Experience as a manager and auditor for the ISO 9001 and the ISO 27001 standards accredited by the EOQ, TÜV, SGS or other organisation accredited in the EU countries
  •  Excellent command of written and spoken English and B/C/S language
  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills
  •  Advanced computer literacy
  •  Excellent analytical, assessment and drafting skills
The candidate is also obliged to deliver a reference list of his/her engagement in the implementation of at least 20 projects of the aforementioned managerial standards as a consultant or a manager. Remuneration
