Location: Brazzaville, Republic of Congo

The Operations Manager is responsible for all of the loan and client management activities of HOPE Congo and reports directly to the Managing Director. The Operations Manager is responsible to manage all operations staff, including Loan Supervisors and Loan Officers, in order to ensure that the appropriate systems and controls are in place to monitor and report on loan portfolio performance and support the achievement of HOPE Congo’s mission. He/she shall also prepare goals and objectives that identify and address key issues relating to portfolio growth, such as exploring new marketing avenues identifying new clients, setting up new groups in preparation for the disbursal of new loans.
