Team Leader TSU and Targeted Intervention – Odisha, India


Project title: Technical Support Unit (TSU) for providing technical assistance to State AIDS Control Society in Odisha for the implementation of National HIV/AIDS Control Program
The objective of this program is to extend technical assistance in specified areas to the State AIDS Control Society in helping it achieve the NACP goals and objectives. Since prevention is the mainstay of the national strategy to control HIV/AIDS, the TSU is expected to focus and bring in technical and professional expertise in the areas of prevention and which include, evidence based strategic planning and resource planning, capacity building and activities related to strengthening Targeted Interventions (TIs).
Futures Group is seeking expression of interest from qualified candidates for the position of Team Leader.
You will demonstrate:
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management or related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the health sector;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role in the field of HIV/AIDS;
  • Experience in leading and managing targeted interventions with the core and non-core TIs;
  • Extensive experience in working in Odisha.
