The IPPF European Network regional office in Brussels is seeking to recruit
a full-time

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

to join its programme department
IPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organizations working with and for communities and individuals.
IPPF EN includes 39 membership-based associations throughout Europe and Central Asia, as well as the Regional Office in Brussels, Belgium.
In this position you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Programme team.
Your responsibilities will include organising meetings and you will need to search for and negotiating cost effective arrangements, ensure participants’ safe arrival, and assist in the preparation of meeting handouts and presentations.
You will support the Programme Team with tasks such as writing minutes and analytical reports, and developing and maintaining a database on Member Associations’ programmes.
In addition, you will be required to provide administrative and logistical support to staff travelling.

Profile:
We are looking for a team player with at least two years’ experience or a quick starter. You should have excellent organisational and computer skills and be fluent in English. A knowledge of Russian is considered an asset.
