Mexico & Central America Project Intern

Role:
The Mexico City office of International Crisis Group has an internship available for undergraduate or postgraduate students. Interns can volunteer either full-time or part-time for a suggested period of three to six months. We are currently looking for an intern able to start in September 2014.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with research and also undertake other tasks related to report production and publication; and
  • Candidates should be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks, including interviews, online research and administrative work.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate/post-graduate studies in law, international relations, history, political science, economics, or similar subjects;
  • Excellent verbal and written command of both English and Spanish;
  • Good knowledge of Mexico and Central America;
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet; and
  • Highly motivated and responsible.
