Job Summary
As Executive Assistant, you play a central role in the organization and, while working independently in your own area of responsibility, your tasks involve many internal and external contacts. Your primary duties are proactive planning and service for the manager through various administrative tasks, which requires that you stay one step ahead in the planning. You coordinate and act as the contact person for the organization locally and globally within Sandvik Materials Technology and you work closely with other assistants. Furthermore you play a central role in coordinating and arranging meetings and conferences as well as the performance management structure.
Your profile
Whether you are a recent graduate or have several years’ of qualified administrative experience, what is most important is that you have a positive attitude towards the challenges of the job and a natural talent for service. We expect you to be able to combine initiative and independence with quality and thoroughness. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
