The department of Sales and Operations Planning in Svedala is globally accountable for managing the supply chain planning for stationary crushers. Working in close cooperation with our customers to ensure efficiency and constantly developing our processes and methods are important components of our business. We are now looking for two Global Order and Demand Coordinators; with one being a temporary position due to maternity leave. Job Summary
As a Global Order and Demand Coordinator you are responsible for managing all order related business within your dedicated area by coordinating shipping, lead times, technical and commercial verifications, order confirmations and associated communication. You match our customers’ orders with global availability using the Global Production Plan and you ensure the delivery of goods and relevant documentation. Another important part of your role is to constantly challenge our assembly centers and production units in finding the best possible delivery solutions to keep top-quality customer service. Additionally, you build and maintain close collaboration with our external partners and other key stakeholders in our organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in administration, accounting or a similar field, or who have the same knowledge obtained through work experience. To be successful in this position, you have broad experience from working in large and complex companies, operating at multiple sites. Previous knowledge of our products is a great advantage, as is experience from working in a global setting and with supply chain planning. You are a skilled user of the Microsoft Office applications and, as we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As your daily assignments include operating in a diverse and complex business area, you have an excellent ability to prioritize and organize your work in a sometimes fast-paced environment and according to the challenges that arise.
