Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory with a small but promising international financial centre. In 2009 the jurisdiction underwent a CFATF mutual evaluation resulting in good ratings and is now poised to consolidate its supervisory and regulatory framework.

The Financial Services Commission was formed pursuant to the Financial Services Commission Act, 2003 and serves as the island’s independent regulatory authority,

The Commission seeks an experienced regulator, able to share knowledge and drive forward legislative, prudential and conduct of business oversight development, to fill the post of Deputy Director.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, widely experienced and able to assist the current team in forging stronger industry and international regulatory links. He/She should be capable of making an immediate contribution to the work programme of the Commission.
