Applications are invited for qualified professionals to work in a relatively large commercial organization rendering financial services.

1. Marketing Manager (Reporting to General Manager)

Qualifications:
_ A university degree with at least 8 years of sales and marketing experience in a commercial organization.
_ Should be visionary, self-motivated, team player with the ability to lead a sales team of more than 50 people.

Key Responsibilities:
_ To head the marketing department.
_ Carry out Market Research, formulate Marketing strategies and policies.
_ Supervise, train and evaluate performance of the Sales and Marketing staff.
_ Ensuring that the revenue budget is achieved.
2. Assistant HR Officer: To handle all human resource activities of the company which include recruitment, staff development, training and staff appraisals.

Qualifications & Experience:

A relevant university degree plus at least 3 years performing human resource duties.

3. Audit Assistants: To assist in various audits of company operations.
Qualifications & Experience: A university degree plus parts of ACCA/CPA and experience of at least two (2) years performing audit duties in commercial organization or audit firm.

4. Customer Relations Executives: To handle customers, operate computers and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Experience: A relevant degree such as in statistics, business and Economics, with at least 2 years experience performing similar duties.

5. Sales Executives (10): Will be trained to manage the branch offices around Kampala and upcountry.
Qualification and Experience: A University degree plus at least 3 years experience in sales.

6. Sales Assistants (15): To sell the company's products and services in Kampala and upcountry towns. Qualification and Experience: At least a diploma plus 2 years experience of direct selling of goods and services.

7. Marketing Executives: To market the company's services in Kampala. Qualification and Experience: At least a diploma plus three years experience marketing goods and services. A University degree will be an added advantage.
