PRINCIPAL INSTRUCTOR - HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT
GRADE: TPGS 8
STATION: Bandari College
Reporting to: Principal (Bandari College)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Contract for Unspecified period
QUALFICATIONS:
First degree in Education or Business Administration Computer literate
At least three years experience in a related field in a similar position at a reputable organization.
DUTIES
Develops and implements creative training programmes, activities and services to meet work force training needs in the relevant field;
Supervises & participates in teaching various courses in the relevant field; Develops syllabuses, teaching manuals and regulations;
Ensunes availability of training tools & other equipment/materials;
Reviews curriculum, syllabuses, teaching manuals and regulations as and when necessary. Organises the setting, arrangement and conduct of exams and maintain the required standards; Analyses programme results as required by management to enhance training effectiveness; Coordinates delivery of tailor made courses for TPA employees and other clients;
Develops and implements training programs to meet identified perfonmance gaps in the relevant field. Supervises, appraises staff and identifies their development and training needs.
Perfonms any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
REMUNERATION.
Attractive salary within TPA Salary Scales/Grades as indicated against the post will be offered to selected candidates.
