£27,830 - £34,020 gross per annum
2-year fixed-term contract
Oxfam GB is looking for a dynamic, self motivated individual who can develop and lead on a range of staff development initiatives within the Humanitarian Department. Ideally you will have worked overseas in a humanitarian context, have proven management experience, and been actively involved in coaching, development, facilitation, and training delivery of staff development initiatives to teams of field based humanitarian staff.
