Are you a  driven sales person with a proven track record? We are looking for an  accomplished and highly successful new business sales person to join our  dynamic team - specifically a dyed-in-the-wool recruitment sales  specialist.

Good client relationships  and client retention are key to our business, however in order to  increase our market share we rely on exceptionally great sales people.  Working as part of a highly driven and vibrant sales team, you will be  responsible for engaging with prospective clients and demonstrating the  value of our range of placement services in the temporary/permanent  market and ancillary tools.
The position requires an individual who  is able to conduct a thorough consultation with decision makers while  demonstrating strength in closing deals. We are looking for a person who  is truly passionate about sales with proven experience of having  consistently met targets. Responsibilities:
As a seasoned sales expert, we expect that you will be comfortable and successful in:
• Sourcing and Identifying leads
• Identifying opportunities to network with prospect clients
• Conducting in-depth client & industry research
• Securing appointments with key decision-makers
• Delivering presentations at all levels
• Preparing & tailoring presentation material and proposals in accordance with clients requirements
• Consulting with (and listening to) clients in order to match appropriate solutions to clients’ needs.
Skills & experience:
• Must be seriously driven by sales targets with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a new business sales/development role
•  Previous exposure (at least 5 years) to the sourcing/recruitment  industry – temporary and permanent contingency placement solutions
• Must be comfortable with engaging prospective clients telephonically
• Fluent, confident English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Driven, energetic, ability to “close” and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
• Well-groomed for business-to-business presentations
• Tenacious and willing
• Fast learner and adaptable
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
