EMEA Marketing Manager imprivata

The EMEA Marketing Manager will work directly with field sales, indirect channel partners, outside agencies and corporate marketing to plan and execute regional marketing and lead generation programs (telemarketing, event marketing, and online marketing) that result in pipeline creation and incremental revenue opportunities. This position can be based in either our Belgium (Edegem) office or UK (Watford) office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage marketing programs across EMEA with a focus on the UK, France, DACH, Nordics and Benelux.
  • Support indirect channel partners on joint marketing programs while ensuring greatest ROI, consistent messaging, and closed loop marketing.
  • Manage multiple outbound telemarketing agencies across sales territories including contract negotiations, goal setting, product and message training, reporting, and overall program management to ensure consistent qualified appointment setting results.
  • Extend corporate marketing lead generation programs to assigned territories including email marketing, 3rd party programs, webinars and events management.
  • Create lead generation reports to including cost per lead and lead conversion information.
  • Target list development/acquisition to support marketing program requirements.
  • Manage localization requirements to support campaigns/telemarketing programs including vendor management.
  • Regional budget management.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience with all aspects of the marketing mix including campaign, event and telemarketing management, database development, analysis and ROI measurement and budget management including MDF processing.
  • Ability to collaborate with field sales and partners to plan and implement local marketing activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to effectively project management resulting in on-time high-quality deliverables, within budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of working independently as well as participating as a remote team member.
  • 5-7 years’ lead generation experience with a track record of driving lead generation through field and partner campaigns.
  • BA or BS minimum in business or marketing.
  • Experience with marketing to healthcare targets is a plus.
  • Multilingual a plus.
