Account Executive in Public Affairs (Healthcare Practice), Brussels Fleishman Hillard

Fleishman-Hillard’s Brussels office is seeking a professional to join its established Healthcare & Food Practice.

Fleishman-Hillard is one of the world's leading public affairs and communications groups, with over 80 offices located throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa.

The successful candidate will have:

• In-depth knowledge of the EU policymaking process
• Prior work experience in a consultancy firm and/or EU institution an advantage
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Fluency in English (fluency in other European languages an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Background in healthcare/pharmaceutical an advantage

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing political intelligence to our clients through monitoring of key information sources and attendance at relevant events
• Assisting in the implementation of outreach programmes towards the European institutions and other stakeholders
• Contributing to the implementation of public affairs and communications programmes
• Assisting with preparing draft reports and issue analyses
• Logistical support to event and outreach programmes
• Supporting with the preparation of new business proposals
