Digital Fundraising Lead £34,710-£42,750 plus market supplement One year full time contract Oxford Interviews 15th July At Oxfam, our donors are the backbone of our entire operation. So we never stop looking for new ways to get as many on board as possible. Bring us your talent for digital innovation and you'll create a strategy that takes our fundraising efforts to a whole new level. The role It's all about embracing the ever-evolving digital world and making the most of its extensive reach. And in this one year contract, you'll design and develop a range of new digital fundraising initiatives that'll help to invigorate the interest of established supporters and capture the imagination of new ones. The idea is to bring Oxfam up to date, improving our digital understanding and creating a long-term, self-sustaining programme that will help us move with the times. So working closely with our teams, you'll pass on your knowledge through workshops and training sessions, providing the resources and support to improve our digital fundraising efforts going forward. Sharing your expertise, you'll help to secure significant funding for the future and make a real impact at the heart of a highly respected network. What we're looking for A digital expert, you'll have extensive experience of marketing techniques in everything from the web and social networks, to mobile and display advertising. And ideally, you'll come from a background in digital fundraising with another NGO or agency. But more important are your superb communication and influencing skills, as well as the level of enthusiasm you'll bring to your role. And with determination and passion, you'll train and inspire a large team, drive progress and get things done.
