Call for consultants: Adult learning and training needs analysis

Background:

Transparency International (TI) is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Through more than 90 chapters worldwide and an international secretariat in Berlin, Germany, TI raises awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it.

Assignment: Transparency International is commencing several very different international projects in 2011, involving local anti-corruption actors in societies across every region and major language group. Many of these projects have an adult-learning and training component.

We are seeking an expert in adult learning to provide advice and recommendations on the following:

  1. What format should TI’s learning and training take? (e-Learning? Classroom training? Webinars? Coaching? Print products? Blended? etc.)
  2. What are the most suitable technologies and support tools?
  3. What methodologies and training development approaches should be used?
  4. How can we standardize our approach across all projects?
  5. How can we best manage multiple international training projects across several remote project teams?
