Experience:

Extensive and relevant experience (minimum 15 years) particularly in the field of international cooperation promoting the private sector development and SMEs policies, preferably in Latin America. Good knowledge of the strategic economic and trade relationships between the EU and Latin America. Relevant experience in evaluation methods and techniques.
