BASELINE SURVEY TO IDENTIFY STATE OF PLAY ON MECHANISMS AND GAPS IN MIGRATION AND POPULATION DISPLACEMENT IN THE ESA REGION

The consultant will be expected to produce a well documented/researched study of the state of play on mechanisms on migration management and displaced population, identifying policy measures and strategies to safeguard the human security of these populations while contributing to the overall well being of the people of the ESA region. Moreover, the study should determine and specify the role that ESA states should play in implementing the policy measures and recommendations of the study.
