HelpAge International network brings together hundreds of organisations worldwide. HelpAge International has a secretariat with offices in London and Brussels, six regional centres in Africa, South Asia, East Asia/Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean and Central Asia, seven national programmes and a number of emergencies programmes.
The Interim Programme Officer will support international offices to achieve their objectives within HelpAge International organisational priorities and policies by guiding, advising and monitoring compliance.
You will have a significant overseas and/or UK developing project experience and knowledge of development issues and substantial experience of producing funding proposals and reports as well as budgeting and financial monitoring. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity and ability to work with wide range of people are all essential for this role.
