The COMESA Secretariat invites proposals for the Preparation of a Risk Management Framework

SPECIFIC TASKS

The consultant shall be expected to:

1. Undertake a review of past efforts and activities in the institutionalization of risk management at the Secretariat and submit a report;
2. Identify various tasks that the Secretariat should undertake in order to institutionalize risk management.
3. Identify staff that shall undertake the tasks that will be identified in (b) above;
4. Identify training needs for staff and management for effective institutionalization of risk management;
5. Identify policies and structures that should be put in place to support the sustainability of risk management at the Secretariat;
