The Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) is a leading regional women¡¦s organisation that advocates for women¡¦s health and rights, especially sexual and reproductive health and rights. ARROW is seeking to appoint an outstanding women¡¦s rights activist as Executive Director, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director has overall responsibility for providing strategic and visionary leadership to ensure effective achievement of the organisation's mission. Key responsibilities include:

„« Leading strategic thinking and operational management in policy and programme development and evaluation; organisational structure and effectiveness; and financial sustainability.
„« Overseeing the development of excellent and winning funding proposals.
„« Contributing strategically and providing high level technical inputs to publications development and other aspects of programme implementation.
„« Representing ARROW regionally and internationally in advocacy on key issues.
