Health Program Specialist Intervida Philippines Foundation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This strategic position is in charge of collaborating with local actors (government agencies, local government units, academe, NGOs and/or CSOs) throughout of the design, implementation and evaluation of a program on a maternal and child health.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POST:
> Propose and elaborate program strategies for maternal and infant
health, child nutrition, and water and sanitation
> Identify, and collaborate with, local partners in the planning,
implementation and evaluation of the program cycle
> Coordinate an advocacy strategy with other institutions
> Manage the program and the Intervida program team.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Must possess a Master’s Degree preferably in Public Health
> Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
> Proficient in writing a program proposal
> Excellent oral and written English and Filipino; Fluency in Bicol
is also desirable
> Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and team management skills
> Willing to be assigned in Legazpi City, Albay
We offer a 3-year program-based contract.
