Programme Coordinator: Child and Youth Rights

The Programme Coordinator for Child and Youth Rights promotes coherence between local, national and international work, linking local initiatives on the participation, voice and rights of children and youth to wider legal, policy or attitude changes to strengthen the rights of children and youth. The role supports quality programme design and coordinates multi-country projects to achieve change promise 6 in ActionAid’s global strategy. It will ensure that child rights and youth participation are mainstreamed into programming and advocacy on other change promises as well as develop resource materials and facilitate learning and sharing between programme staff and advocacy and campaigns work.
