1. Technical consultant.

Location: Uganda

Required experience: 2- 3 years.

Key skills:

· High level of competency in SQL Server (syntax; extensive use of triggers, stored procedures) and understanding of database design and normalization, referential integrity, and table -driven design concepts.

· Working knowledge of crystal reports & .net.

· Knowledge on HRMS Functions. – Added advantage

· Good at client interaction.

Responsibilities:

•Work with business analysts to design & develop applications, custom reports and implement databases of application

• Assist and support developers in aspects of software development lifecycle

• Develop system architecture, design and code in accordance to the clients' requirements

• Design, develop, build, manage & install programs as per client requirements

• Perform object oriented programming and database creation.

2. Sr.Technical consultant./Project lead

Job Location: Uganda

Required experience: 6 years

Key skills:

· High level of competency in SQL Server (syntax; extensive use of triggers, stored procedures) and understanding of database design and normalization, referential integrity, and table -driven design concepts.

· Working knowledge of crystal reports & .net

· Good at client Interaction.

· Knowledge on Human Resource Management Functions. HR Domain.

Responsibilities

•Leads a technical group on projects from establishing requirements through to implementation of the process. Good at leading a team.

•Works with Business Process Analyst to define software requirements and assess feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Good at requirement gathering.

•Consults with network and other development staff to evaluate Database design, system structure, interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system.

•Develops software, conducts unit testing, works with assigned client project manager to coordinate / assisting user testing procedures.

•Coordinates installation of software system and database(s).

•Works with on-site or internal project manager to review problems, define and test solutions, and develop reports for user management.

•Assists in development of technical and documentation standards .Develops documentation as appropriate.
