Technical Program Head - GMS Environment Operations Center The Asian Development Bank is seeking a Technical Program Head for the Greater Mekong Subregion Environment Operations Center, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Technical Program Head will be primarily responsible for implementing the Core Environment Program and Biodiversity Conservation Corridors Initiative (CEP-BCI). This program is supporting GMS countries to mainstream environmental considerations into development occurring under the GMS Economic Cooperation Program.
