Training & Capacity Manager Marie Stopes International London

We are seeking Training and Capacity Manager to join our business. Working alongside the Medical Development and Senior Management Teams, MSI’s international partners and related technical colleagues the post holder will be responsible for development and implementation of the MDT training and capacity strategy, ensuring that it is closely aligned to organisational goals of maintaining clinical quality across diverse service delivery channels.

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will ideally have been educated to degree level and come from a clinical background as well as have extensive experience of conducting and organising training as well as line management. Experience of health care and working in a developing country is advantageous.
