Learning Technologist University College Falmouth

Salary - £25,251 - £28,401

This is a Full Time position

The Academic and Student Services teams work closely to support student learning and well-being and pride themselves on the excellent service they provide to students and the two Higher Education Institutions of University College Falmouth and University of Exeter, Cornwall Campus.

In this role you will be working directly with colleagues from Academic Services to propose, implement and support high quality e-learning resources which are visible and accessible to all students and academic staff. The role will be working with teams from Academic Skills, the Academic Librarians and Dyslexia Skills to co-ordinate and develop communications and learning resources across the group.

In order to be successful in this role you will be a Graduate or hold an equivalent qualification or experience, be familiar with at least one mainstream e-learning platform such as a VLE and have knowledge of leading-edge methodologies for developing web-based teaching resources. Along with your excellent IT skills in HTML, website design and management you will have familiarity with image manipulation.

Excellent communication skills are a must and we will be looking for you to motivate, support, encourage and inspire others.
