Senior Lecturer (F/M) EIPA

You will be:
  • Delivering training for multinational groups of civil servants, in the EU Institutions and other EU bodies, as well as in open courses.
  • Developing new teaching materials, including case studies and simulation exercises.
  • Conducting research on relevant topics.
  • Managing seminars and other projects.
  • Developing new programmes and acquires new contracts, included commissioned research.
Job Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should meet all or most of the following requirements:
  • A Master degree, plus significant professional experience in an area relevant to the position.
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably also previous experience in lecturing/training.
  • Experience with, and interest in, e-learning and blended learning methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EU institutions and their decision-making procedures.
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to give presentations in French.
  • Proven analytical and writing skills, preferably with applied research experience.
  • Preferably the nationality of one of the EU member states, the candidate countries to the EU, or the EEA countries.
EIPA offers a salary in line with the labour market and very attractive conditions of employment, such as an 8% holiday allowance and a considerable number of holidays. The classification and starting salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
