IST BD Program Manager - S&D
The IST BD Program Manager is responsible for support and execution of the HR solution and transition project plan associated with outsourcing deals, repatriation, acquisition and divestiture contracts. The incumbent will collaborate and work closely with the HR IST Business Development team who are responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the HR solution and transition plan. The role will act as the single point of contact for HRTMs to perform the critical project management support and coordination of specific HR transition activities in support of outsourcing deals, repatriations, acquisitions and divestitures. Role Expectations: Experience in working in a centre environment and servicing multi geographies would be beneficial Previous HR role Proven project management experience HR Functional Experience (i.e. staffing, compensation, benefits, etc.) # Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical Fluent in English both written/verbal and an additional language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Polish) Strong communication and collaboration Process management and transformation Formal certification in project management Able to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing needs Proven ability to work in global environment Flexible in approach to working High attention to detail Proactively handle identified concerns and issues Passion to deliver quality work and high customer satisfaction Understanding of working with internal and external clients Proficient in MS Office products especially Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, Word | |||||||||||
