IST BD Support Professional - S&D
This role is responsible for support and execution of specific aspects of the HR solution and transition project plan associated with outsourcing deals, repatriation, acquisitions and divestitures. The incumbent will work closely with the COE IST BD Program Manager to support the HR IST Business Development team who are responsible for quality and timely delivery of the transition process. Role Specifics: o Engage Mobility M&O Immigration Co-ordination o Track the closure of prerequisites for on-boarding o Develop deal collateral o Activate extranet site (if applicable) o Plan Day 1 events (Agenda, Welcome Gift, Celebration o Process required data o Engage learning for onboarding o Validate final list of key resources onboarded o Co-ordinate final approvals for special payments o Finalise GAR document o Complete & upload GAR document o Request IT support to shut down the extranet site # Desired Candidate Experience Experience in working in a centre environment and servicing multi geographies would be beneficial Previous HR role or educated in the discipline of HR # Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical Fluent in English both written/verbal and an additional language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Polish) Strong communication and collaboration Able to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing needs Flexible in approach to working Proficient in MS Office products especially Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, Word Project management skills a definite asset Attention to detail | |||||||||||
