Lead Practitioner: SHE Mining Training Academy

This role will see you facilitate and develop SHE learning programmes and interventions as well as facilitate training and assessment of the workforce/learners in order to ensure legal compliance, and enable a culture of safe working behaviour in order to have a SHE-competent and informed workforce.

Qualifications and expertise should include: • A Grade 12 Certificate with Maths and Science • 8+ years’ experience
as a Miner and/or Shift Boss • In-depth knowledge of working underground in a Coal Mine • Working experience
of COPs and SOPs regarding conveyor belt, stone works and CM operations • An ETDP Certificate/Diploma would
be advantageous.
