The School of Engineering & Built Environment wishes to appoint Lecturers to join the Department of Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental Engineering which offers an impressive portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The department provides research, consultancy and bespoke training programmes for industry and is looking for applicants with priority given to the following disciplines:

  • Chemical Sciences,
  • Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering,
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Oil and Gas Technologies

Applicants should hold a PhD in an area relevant to the particular post or substantial relevant industrial experience in a technical role. Experience of applied research, and a strong personal desire and commitment to engage in both teaching and research are essential. We also welcome applications from Professionals who are able to make a significant contribution to the development of Programme Development, CPD/ knowledge Transfer or Research.
